  Common failure phenomenon 2: early damage

  When it comes to early damage, it is mainly due to the phenomenon of reduced service life caused by irregular operation or harsh environment in the usual work process. There are mainly the following common situations:

  (1) The oil pipe is broken. The vibrating rod is not installed firmly, and the oil pipe and other components have frequent friction and collisions, which are the main reasons for the oil pipe rupture.

  (2) Bearing damage. Since the concrete contains large coarse aggregate, the vibrating rod will collide strongly with the coarse aggregate in the concrete, which will cause the vibration shell and bearing to be cracked.

  (3) The material level in the vibrating cavity of the paver is too low. Part of the vibrating rod leaves the cement concrete road surface, idling at high speed and for a long time without damping, the vibrating rod cannot dissipate heat in time, and is easy to be burned out.

  Common failure phenomenon 3: Insufficient vibration force

  After the vibrator is used for a period of time, individual vibrator may not vibrate or the vibration force may be weakened. Part of the reason is that the bearing is damaged, and another reason may be that the hydraulic motor leaks or does not work. After replacing the head assembly of the vibrator, If the fault still exists, it is determined that the hydraulic motor of the vibrating rod is faulty. The vibration frequency of the vibrating rod can be measured by a frequency detector, which is made according to the principle of resonance. Put the frequency measuring device against the head of the vibrating rod and start the motor separately. The value at the maximum amplitude of the frequency measuring device is equivalent to the frequency of the vibrating rod at this time. The maximum frequency of a normal vibrating rod should be between 9000 and 12000 times/min. If the maximum vibration frequency is lower than 7000 times/min, then The internal leakage of the hydraulic motor is serious and should be replaced. To improve the service life of the vibrating rod, in addition to correct operation and use to avoid abnormal damage to the vibrating rod, regular inspections, reasonable replacement of the shell, and expected maintenance and replacement of the vibrating rod are also required.
