1.通讯故障：控制器识别不了传感器，首先检查连接电缆是否正确，如果是MOBA的控制器其次检查设定的传感器个数，四明主控器自动识别平衡梁模式和单长靴传感器模式，但是单长靴传感器的路面模式与钢丝模式是需要切换的。然后进行互换仪器确定故障。
2.控制器在手动或者自动状态下上下不动，请检查摊铺机上面的自动是否打开，其次检查主机连接电缆是否连接到位，而后再检查主控器的输出方式是否正确，还有些摊铺机需要摊铺模式走动后才有动作(如DYNAPAC、VOLVO和三一部分机型)。最后再调整仪器和电缆确定故障。
3.连接上仪器后摊铺机找平油缸只往一个方向动作一直走到头，首先检查连接电缆，而后检查主控器。
4.如果遇到单个传感器不能工作时可以去掉中间一个传感器应急工作。
5.遇到其他故障时可以用替换法逐个排除故障点。
