1. Equipment used

2. Construction process
The preparation work should be carefully done before the construction of the slipform road curb, the personnel arrangement should be organized during the construction, and after the construction, people should be sent to maintain health and take good care of the curb stones that have not yet reached their strength. The construction process is as follows: construction lofting → roadside stone slipform machine in place → pouring concrete → pouring mortar → smooth surface → health preservation → making expansion joints and rainwater outlets.
1. Construction stakeout
The middle piles are carefully released every 200m, and accordingly, the J2 theodolite is used to release the 10m middle piles to design distances to both sides to determine the sideline of the curb.
2. The roadside stone slipform machine is in place
Before laying the curbstone, the surface of the curbstone should be sprinkled with water to prevent water loss from the curbstone, and the curbstone slipform machine should be manually moved to the construction site, and then the curbstone slipform machine should be started.
3. Pour concrete
Transport the concrete mixed by the mixer to the construction site, with about 3m3 per truck. Manually use a shovel to stand on the car to feed materials to the hopper of the curb stone slipform machine, start the curb stone slipform machine at the same time, and check whether the formed curb stone has collapsed. If it collapses, it means that the water-cement ratio of the concrete is too large. At this time The water consumption of concrete should be reduced until it does not collapse, and the water-cement ratio will be based on this in the future.
4. Pour the mortar
A mortar bucket is dragged behind the mould, which is used to evenly add 1-2mm thick mortar on the surface of the newly formed curb stone. The mortar used is a mixture of fine sand, cement, and water (the ratio of fine sand, cement, and water is 2:1:0.5), and a small amount of lubricant (such as detergent) is added to eliminate air bubbles on the surface of the mortar. Stir the mortar from time to time during construction to prevent the sand from sinking.
5. Glossy surface
After the roadside stone is formed for 10m, the molding tool (trowel) can be used to smooth the roadside stone.
6. Health preservation
After glossing, cover with plastic sheeting. After 24 hours, if it is dry, thoroughly moisten the cover to assist in health preservation.
7. Make expansion joints and rainwater outlets
In order to prevent temperature changes, irregular fractures are caused by the arching of roadside stones, and a 20mm wide expansion joint is made every 15~20m, and cut with a cutting machine. According to the design requirements, make a rainwater outlet at the bottom of the curb, that is, use an arch tool to support the front of the curb, and use a drill to drill a hole with a diameter of about 3 cm from the back, so as to drain the accumulated water on the road.
3. Economic benefit analysis
Compared with the traditional prefabricated curbstone, the sliding form curbstone is a fast, convenient, economical and practical new technology for curbstone construction.
1. The traditional installation process is saved by slip-form curb stones, and only this item can save at least 80 yuan per square curb stone.
2. Due to its smoother linearity, fewer joints and consistent color, the slip-form curb makes the appearance of the road more beautiful.
3. The slip-form curb improves the bonding degree with the lower bonding layer, which can greatly increase the service life of the curb and reduce the maintenance cost.
4. First make curbstones on the water stabilization layer, and then spread asphalt concrete, which reduces the waste of asphalt concrete and the cutting process, and reduces the construction cost.
