At this time, carefully check whether the unloading circuit of the system is working normally. If the unloading oil passage is blocked by dirt, or the electrical system fails, causing the solenoid valve with unloading function to fail to operate, measures should be taken in time to eliminate it.

  5. If the temperature of the hydraulic system is still too high after the above troubleshooting, it may be due to the speed regulation method, system pressure, efficiency of hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors, rated flow of various valves, and pipelines that directly affect the rise of oil temperature.
