　　1. The system has poor heat dissipation. Such as insufficient heat dissipation area of ​​the fuel tank, low oil level of the fuel tank, rapid oil circulation, insufficient cooling water supply or fan failure, high ambient temperature, etc., will lead to poor heat dissipation.

　　2. The influence of oil quality. Oil viscosity is too high, causing excessive hydraulic loss.

　　3. The system leaks seriously, such as the setting pressure of the overflow valve is too high, the sealing gap increases due to the wear of moving parts, the sealing device is damaged, and the oil viscosity is too low, etc., will cause increased leakage. When the fault is identified, corresponding measures should be taken to eliminate it.

　　4. The unloading circuit of the system is not working well. When the unloading circuit of the hydraulic system does not work well (or the system does not have an unloading circuit), the hydraulic system does not need pressure oil, but the oil is still overflowing back to the oil tank under the working pressure set by the relief valve, or at the unloading pressure Higher cases flow back to tank. At this time, carefully check whether the unloading circuit of the system is working normally. If the unloading oil passage is blocked by dirt, or the electrical system fails, causing the solenoid valve with unloading function to fail to operate, measures should be taken in time to eliminate it.

If the temperature of the hydraulic system is still too high after the above troubleshooting, it may be due to the speed regulation method, system pressure, efficiency of hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors, rated flow of various valves, and pipelines that directly affect the rise of oil temperature. Problems such as the diameter of the oil tank, the capacity of the fuel tank, and the unloading method are caused by improper handling in the hydraulic pressure. It should be combined with reality and specific analysis to draw more correct conclusions.
