Structural features

(3) This equipment uses a tire walking mechanism to directly walk on the steel mesh of the bridge deck. If the local unevenness is not smooth, the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by a high-precision digital leveling instrument to adjust the elevation. In the case that the guardrail has been laid, the hanging structure can be selected on both sides, which can be supported to walk on the guardrail;
(4) Two vibrating rollers have the functions of leveling and pulp extraction, and the height and inclination of the rollers can be adjusted up and down. At the same time, the shock pad handwheel can be adjusted arbitrarily to realize the adjustment of the transverse slope of the bridge deck.

(6) There is a rear-mounted widening pallet at the rear of the tire to make up for the lack of width when the tire is walking on the base and directly constructing.

(14) The correction wheel can be finely adjusted, and the handle only turns one circle, and the drop is only 1mm.
(15) High-horsepower output can easily maintain a high-speed and stable paving state, which is conducive to ensuring construction quality and improving construction efficiency.
(16) The two sides are respectively controlled by digital technology, and a large cylinder is used for hydraulic lifting to press the material. The display screen of the controller can display operation instructions in Chinese and English. Automatic and precise control. Digital ultrasonic sensors can also be used to sense the position of steel wire or cotton wire without contact. It can also be equipped with laser technology for leveling, with automatic positioning.
